Rampage iii Extreme dual bios

hey

when i try to use the dual bios feature on the R3E, it uses the same settings for both bioses, is there any way to make it only save it to the one chip? so that one can run oc'ed and one runs standard?

the dual bios feature is meant as a backup so it can fix itself if one gets fubar'd not like on vc's where ya flip a switch. But iirc you can save ur profiles for oc'n in the bios I'm thinking thats what ur looking 4

But how come they haven updated to the same bios version then?

the other bios will only hold the config files of your boot set-up.

if, the 'poop' were to hit the fan, you would still be able to port your preferred settings (overclockings etc) from one to the other.
