ram timing / set up

just a quick question to the the wise ones on the forum .
I have always used the xmp profile and then set the ram voltage.
Is it better to set the ram timings manually

For 24/7 just use the XMP profile.

If you start tweaking the timings on DDR4 memory you can get some improvements but they are very small and not worth the hassle unless you are into benching.

thanks for the reply ok i will leave it on xmp profile , was just curious , still learning about these things. Only time i benchmark is to check stability to see if i have it right (or messed up which is more often than not )
