Ram speed effect on cinebench score?

Hi, I'm a 3d artst and I'm about to upgrade the ram on my machine and I was wondering if it was worth shelling out for particularly fast ram.

My two options (so far) are,

Obviously one is twice the price of the other. Will the difference translate into a corresponding increase in performance? (in terms of rendering speed)

I've tried to find a cinebench equivalent test for ram but I don't seem to be able to.

The performance increase shall be there, but in no way does it correlate with the price of the sticks.

In my eyes it's not worth the massive jump.

You can up the clocks, albeit not to the same speeds, of the 1600MHz RAM.

As a 3D artist, I imagine the extra RAM capacity would also be of use.

you might want to shop around for something a little more cost efficient, but with 3D work more is generally better
