RAM not working

No, it will probably lower the frequency to 1066. Click on the "Memory" tab on CPU-Z

i have already cheack it look like it have downclocking to 1066MHz

Yep, it has very much down-clocked the RAM. There is no point in upgrading your RAM if your BIOS does not allow you to change the frequency.

EDIT: There may be a BIOS update that unlocks some of the settings.

Well, in the end it's still an upgrade from 4 to 8GB
Although if the laptop came with 4 I expect the OS to be 32 Bit.

Well yeah that is an upgrade. I was referring to the frequency aspect
