RAID 0 HDD already being used

So I have a Corsair 120gb SSD (Force 3) and only have 24.4gb left. So I am thinking getting another one and putting it in Raid 0. BUT I do not want to install the OS again or any of the contents. I have only setup Raid configurations on new HDD drives with nothing on them. My question is, is it possible to setup Raid 0 and not have to reinstall an OS or any of the contents?

Afraid not. As soon as you set up RAID it wipes all the data from the drives - to set up the RAID your drives need to be formatted. Same with if you try to change RAID types, as i understand.

^^^ this

get an old HDD.... clone the SSD to the HDD

RAID your new SSDs... then clone back

better off re-installing to make it clean I've had alot of issues cloning opsys drives in the past and always ended up doing a new install after the fact so save urself about 1day to a weeks of headaches and spend the time and do a new install.
