You can find chrome-plated Thermochill branded grills here.
You can use either 1 x 120.3 grill or 3 x 120.1 grills. I think the spacing between fans on the PA120.3 rad is quite different from other rads so you might be quite limited to what 3 fan grill you can use. I ended up buying 3 black single fan grills cos I'm not really into bling

Here are the ones I bought. You can use any 120mm single fan grill you like since they should all be a standard size. This grill is made by AC Ryan as well but I think the 'universal' grill XMS was talking about are the AC Ryan RadGrillz.
Yes, i've used them with my black Alu case and they look ok. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures I can show you. However, I think most people with a black case would choose silver fan grills to make them stand out but I prefer everything black and stealthy. Have a look through case galleries for some inspiration.
Talk of the devil... ACRyan have announced RadGrillz™ for Thermochill PA120.2 and PA120.3 rads (scroll to bottom of page). There's no picture but they mention RadGrillz™ Stripes which are as ugly as sin. I guess these grills will be marketed at people who mount their rad inside the bottom of their case which is kept in a dark room behind 3 inches of lead . Saying that, if they released a Thermochill version of the plain wire version (at the top of the page) I might be tempted.

I was talking about the 'Thrust' version in my previous post then. The 'Stripes' variant does look far better than the other versions, I might be tempted to buy the 120.3 grill if I have money burning a hole in my pocket come March
