Rad Push Pull Config

Hey, i went from push to push pull config today and all of a sudden my temps have gone up by 10C, have i done anything wrong by adding the fans or is this normal?

Have you made sure the fans are the correct way?

Sounds stupid but I have made that mistake in the past of not looking on the fan to see which way they blow the air out.

All fans ar antec 3 speed controlled rad is xspc 240 and ye all fans facing corrent way and the case is an antec, quite an old one

Are the fans identical models? The only thing I can think of is that the top fans aren't as powerful as the bottom ones and aren't able to exhaust the air as fast as it's being pushed into them by the bottom ones.

Rise in room temp could be down to it but 10*c rise sounds a bit high.

Have you tried removing the one set of fans to see if temps go back to normal? That way you can rule the fans out if your temps go back to normal, otherwise you might need to re-seat your CPU block, can't think of anything else that could be causing the temp rise though to be honest.

Just give your loop a checking over to make sure nothings restricting the tubing or anything like that, you could also have an air bubble trapped in the rad so give your case a shake and a turning over.

ok will look at loop, and check fans and possibly re seat the cpu

What are avg temps for a push pull config. Plus my cpu is oc from 2.4 to 3.0 , checked everything you said and temps went down about 5 c but keeps goig up and down

Couldn't tell you what your average temp should be, every setup is different and gives off different temps so it's hard to say what your temps should be. Push and pull won't drop your tempos massively only by about 4*c.

Your load temps are definitely fine, don't know what is causing the high idle temps though. With 25*c ambient they should be around 30*c sounds like you might have an air bubble trapped somewhere, I could be wrong though.
