Rad Grill To Case Seperator

Need help, What is the item called that you put between the grill which holds the (Pull) fans to the case?

Pic Below, Need help asap as i have a memory stick holding the rad up one side

just use plastic spacers?

I want somthing that will look tidy, i thaught about making my own sort of spacer but it would take too long, i just need to know what the item that most people use to support the rad is called

Ans that will sid ontop on the fans and my grill can go ontop of the shroud?
