Rad + Fan suggestions

Hi peeps

I am this close to purchasing my water cooling components however I still need some final suggestions from you guys and girls. (I am only doing a single loop setup)

What would be the ideal 240mm RAD in a Corsair 650D (mid tower) case? And what fans would go together in terms of performance and noise?

Many people have suggested to go with a XSPC RS240 RAD and Scythe Gentle Typhoon AP14-15 fans?

Any help would be much appreciated

Thank you

Hmmm???? Good question. I hope I can give you proper advice here. Let's see? First of all, what are all the components you'll be liquid cooling first.

If your only going to be cooling the processor, a one fan radiator is all that is needed as the processor doesn't get as hot as a graphic card does. Adding a graphic card in the loop, I'd suggest a 3 fan radiator. Adding two or more video cards in the loop I'd suggest 4 or 5 fan radiator. I'm going through the same thinking process for my soon to be new computer build and this information was given to me by Koolance's technicians.

I hope I've helped you out somewhat. Good Luck with you new build.

Peace.

I will be using a UD7 Motherboard and a i5 2500k CPU.
