I bought all my soundproofing materials from them about a year and a half ago. I didn't have any problems and postage cost was very reasonable (~£6 for next day courier of a 3kg parcel).
Looks like you have to register on their site at checkout before you discover the current postage services/prices though. (I can't log in to check for you since it appears that my account is deleted)
