All of this means nothing without sources.. otherwise it's just talk and not news.
Good point. I forgot to add the source. This one being one of many showing some kind of conspiracy or screw up that Nvidia claim is working as intended.

cameraman needs to get better though![]()
Saw this earlier, can't wait for games that actually look like this.
You can download the demo from here for anyone interested.

This looks interesting as well, also using the UE4 engine

Yeah identity looks supa sweet, seen it on one of frankies vids the other day, and wow does a link from him give that kick starter a kick in the ass it was on like 40k when I saw it last.
Everyone's just jumping on the hate bandwagon I think.
Well when you lie about your products and then don't bother releasing the info at launch and trying to keep it on the DL then ya people should. It's being dishonest to consumers and on top of that breaking laws. If they told reviewers about this info at launch it would have played out very differently.
I'm not saying it wasn't dishonest and treacherous on Nvidia's part and I'm also not saying that Nvidia shouldn't be punished in some form.
It's just that the news doesn't really change anything for the majority of people. It only really affects the enthusiasts and most of the people complaining either 1. Don't own a 970 and 2. It isn't likely they'd even hit the 3.5GB ceiling if they do.
I wasn't talking about that either.. you said people are jumping on the hate bandwagon. I explained why.. it was because they were being dishonest and knownigly exploiting consumers by with holding the information. Thats why people are doing it.. few people on this forums feel cheated and used because of this dishonesty. They spent their hard earned cash on something that is less powerful then it really is despite if ever hitting those limits. It's not so much the performance people rave about.
I get that, but every company withholds information. It's the nature of the game. We rarely get anything that is 100% as advertised, so it shouldn't really be that big an issue.
Take this somewhere else. This thread is for news. not debates on the news topics.
