Just seen the Xbox series S only has 512GB hdd considering the size of games there's a possible leaked Toshiba 1TB drive for £219, starting to think the non-digital version may work out the cheapest

Oh well that just made my purchasing decision real easy, Absolutely love GoW, PS5 digital edition will be in my Christmas stocking ^_^

Xbox uses a proprietary ssd format and can only buy the official Xbox Expansion drive. Release date unknown last I remember and considering it's MS it'll likely cost more than just a standard m.2 ssd.

But jokes aside it pretty much made my decision too. I was between a 3080/3070 or a PS5. Pretty much getting the console for one game alone. Totally worth it. The current GOW is easily one of the best games I've ever played

Damn right, 6900XT and PS5 D.E, Going to be an all AMD Christmas ^_^

I've played through GoW easily 5+ times and once on the hardest difficulty, Love it, That damn valkyrie queen is something I've never been able to get past though even on easy.

yep same here. And ill get the old one since im told its also really good. I assume they will be linked, so nice not to miss out on anything.

Yep both linked, Gorgeous game and it takes place in Norway thousands of years ago battling Æsir, Vanir, Jötnar, Various gods etc... really good game and Christopher Judge i.e Teal'c from Stargate SG1 voices Kratos, Truly superb performance.

This is precisely why I will not get a 3080 for myself, A 3080 Ti is all but guaranteed as there is too much space between the 3080 and 3090 and then comes all the various 3070's and 3080's with varying amounts of VRAM and the inevitable "Super" line up.

To be fair the 3080 should not be looked at as a 4K card by anyone, Yes it can do it quite well in a lot of games but looking at it from a VRAM perspective it should be viewed as a 1440P card as many devs have said cards are going to need a fair bit more memory passed 1440P going forward.

Well it gets bottlenecked by pretty much every CPU on earth at 1440p.

It's certainly not a 4k 60 card with RT. I guess that will be the 3090 and yeah we know what that will cost.

Hearing more rumblings about 20gb cards coming after big Navi today.

When I first saw this I was honestly surprised at how good it looked. The livestream chat went from the dumb spam "rip xbox" to actual people saying this looked fun.

Definitely on my watch list. I'm not even a HP fan so it'll be interesting^_^
