Quick News

I think that was the Xbox Series S that was rumoured to be digital only, Not the full fat series X.

My understanding was that both versions had a discless variant. Both had been confirmed, but only the Series S had been officially named. It made no sense to me that the Series X would not get a discless version with MS are pushing Xb Game pass so much.

I never buy physical copies, nor do I want someone elses pre-owned copy. Nice not to have drawers or shelves full of clutter.

Indeed, My place is small enough as it is, I'll be getting the PS5 Digital version, Don't really need an XBSX with all titles coming to PC.

Will be PS for me too. XB doesnt interest me at all. My XbX is nothing more than netflix with atmos surround sound since I have to use it to utilise the samsung K960 surround.

Facebook have now disclosed that there are various levels of restrictions but in general if you lose access to your Facebook account due to "violating community guidelines" which seem to change by the hour, You will lose access not just to your Oculus library but to your Oculus hardware.

Wow and people still just go meh, whatever and accept this as its nothing, Facebook acting like, bend over now or we take away your fancy headset, disgusting.

Sadly that's the modern world, Most people can't see further than their own noses, Also the fact that Facebook have run many psychological tests on their user base is just beyond sick and highly disturbing, Zuckerstickofturd is a sick man.

All of the 3080s have gone up in price on OCUK before the pre order is even open.

Some not by much. Others have gone up £50 or more.

OCUK are price gougers, I stopped buying from them some time ago, Very greedy company.

My point was that all I keep hearing is how everyone will see prices pushed up, greedy nvidia etc etc

Well my example above just shows its not all true. The price has been reduced. As too with the 3070. So its not all doom and gloom.

This could be due to the imminent 6000series card, but regardless. AMD is helping the market spiral too far out of control. And we need that.

They all do it mate. Every single one of them.

As soon as Scan sees OCUK's pricing they will up theirs, ad infinium.

They will only get more and more expensive. TBH I am gutted Tom is on the IOW and Mark in Ireland, or I'd take my KP there for some overclocked action. However, I suspect that with the card I got there is barely anything in it at all.

Whether the 3080 will overclock better later on? no idea.

At £650 for the FE it seems reasonable. Only that isn't what is going on. That is the bait.

Yeah OCUK are known to preemptively raise prices when they expect low availability (Or have successfully implied low availability prior to launch, which iirc they have done previously on launch's that didn't actually end up being low availability). But yeah they all end matching any rises

Scan are usually always more expensive. When I priced up my KP Scan wanted £150 more. At £1850. When Covid kicked it was closer to two grand.

It's now at the price I paid for it.
