Tried some searches gang and couldn't find much, so I appolige is already asked and answered...

When mounting a rad in the roof, you obviously set it up to push/pull and exhaust out the case.

When mounting a rad in the front or bottom of your case, I am not sure what the concensous is on the proper setup. Do you "pull" air in from the front/bottom and exhaust into the case? Or exhaust out the front and bottom?

I would assume they exhaust into the case, which then gets pulled out the top rad and/or rear fan.

Thanks for any info.

yup in on bottom no matter if its just a fan or rad with fans assuming you have good case ventilation you wont have that heat messing up the upper rad. I have both my rads in push/pull top one exhausting out the case and the floor one in-taking air into the case. My temps are fine considering my overclocks and fan speeds. 4.5GHz on cpu at 1.35 volts running 35c idle 50c gaming gpu's 32-34 idle and 54-56 gaming with fans set on low. GPU's are unlocked to 6970's and overclocked past 6970 specs running 1.295 volts. When the ambient temps are a lil warmer I just turn up the fans a tad for long gaming sessions. Never have I had to turn them full bore to keep those temps.

just remember that when mounting fans on the bottom, there is plenty of space
to allow air in. the gap from the chassis floor to the floor should be better than
20mm.
do not place chassis on carpet. the chassis tends to sink into the carpet slimming
the air intake and eventually starves for air.

Im much more a positive pressure case fan myself,i have 14 intake fans and one 120 exhaust and im pretty much dust free.

Balancing air flow is not so much an issue with WC cases,Air is a different matter...you need the balanced airflow to keep feeding the CPU sink with fresh air.
