I have noticed this both oc'd and running stock. Forgive me if this is a newb question but I have never run into this before.
But it seems my OC (or stock ran) cpu doesnt stay at the levels I have run cpu-z several times on both settings. Phenom II X4 925 2.8GHz @200x14 and 3.5GHz 250x14 and it throttles it down alot most of the time I see 200x4 800MHz or 200x10 @GHz. Is this normal?? Is there a bios setting I am missing that stops the throttle down??? I know in the CCC I can set power from 2000MHz to 2800Mhz (or more if OC'd) but IMO I shouldnt have to lol.
