Push/Pull on H115i

Heyall,

so i want to do a push/pull config on a H115i. I didn't buy it yet ( presently i have a H105 in push/pull with great performance, but this system is going to my son ) but i would like to know what's the best way to do this on a H115i.

Do i need a fan hub or something? I won't connect a splitter because that'sasking way too much from thefan headers :)

Thank you.

IIRC the H115i is powered by SATA connector so should power four fans just fine. If you're concerned it may overload the H115 then run two fans off a spare fan header and two off the pump. What motherboard do you have? A lot of new ones have an extra header for use by AIO's and custom loops now (usually labeled something like CPU Opt)

You would do it the same way you did it before I would assume

lolol i know where you are going :) thought the same thing, but issue is that H105 doesn't work with link, so it's the mobo doing the management and not pump.

As far as i understand, with only one set you can setup everything from the Link app and if more cooling is needed there's a increase of fan speeds and pump right? The issue not having fan headers on the H115i to connect 4, was that they would not be synched, being one set controlled by the H115i and the other was the motherboard, so at some point, we could see different speeds on the fans.
