Push Pull Fan Differential

What is the current thinking on running a fan differential between top and bottom fans of a rad. Both fans Corsair SP120's.

Should the bottom run a little faster than the top to force more air through for the top fans to expel, or more rpm from the top to suck it out?

An SP fan pushes through, Excuse the pun, But it sucks in pulling air, SP for push and AF for pull.

You'd be wasting the whole point of having an SP fan if you had it in pull.

The best fan config at least with Corsair fans is SP in push and AF in pull, LinusTechtips did a whole video devoted to just this.

He did not put up an numbers for SP/SP fans.

I can get what he is saying, that's why I am curious if it would be better to run the SP to fans a few hundred RPM faster than the bottom set. Maybe later tonight, I might experiment a little with this.
