i had to send my psu to corsair for replacement but they sent it back with an eu plug instead of a uk 3 pin, anyone know a website i can buy a uk psu power cable/plug?, also i was told it has to be "16 gauge"

thats the problem, ive tried maplin and pc world even google, cant find any 16 gauge power cables

Hmm, I'm not too sure the 16 gauge part is important really.

All the cables in PC world and maplin will be fine. You won't have any problems with them I'm sure.

Yes, but there's no way in hell I'd spend £11 on a kettle lead.

I'd sooner buy an unbranded power supply for £15 and just steal the kettle lead from that.

I'd just go into one of the little PC stores and ask someone there if they have one lying around. You shouldn't be paying more than a couple of quid.

Search for 'kettle lead' on Amazon, and they're around £5 on there (even that's too much to me really).

1 more question :) i got one from a samsung monitor i could use, will that be ok to use till i get one from amazon?
