PSU making strange noise, a defect or not

I ordered a Seasonic Platinum Series 660 but it was making strange noise (strange at least to me). I have a video of it here
I was wondering if it is normal and emailed Seasonc which replied within a few hours with a attached RMA Request form. Then i send it to the shop i bought it from and after a week i received a new unit which when connected to the motherboard produces again noise (less noticeable i think but it is there). I tested it with a paperclip and one hdd disk, the result is different - here. There is a noticeable difference to me. Should i sent them back and the second PSU or it just the way that PSU is working?

I ordered it because it can work without a fan and i was hopping for a silent PSU. These to PSUs are noisier (having in mind the buzzing) compared to the casual 40$ PSUs i am used to.

If it not my headset playing up it sounds a bit like what my psu does (antec 650w) if you can't stick it then send it back and hopefully you'll get one without it. i can stand it personally. just a though but have you tried a different cable, outlet etc? that may be the problem as my cx500 does it on my extention lead but not the main socket :)

Placing it in a different room (also used different power cable) isn't helping. Should i accept it as model to model variation (something similar to the TVs calibration) that cannot be taken as a defect which will fry my HDDs one day?
