looking at the corsair AX860i for my new build i will be running a evga gtx 670 4gb ( with a view to go sli in the future) 4x wd 4tb hdd 2x 256 ssd 16Gb dominator platinum 1866 RAM and a not sure what processor yet ( will be intel) i will be looking at overclocking the CPU and maybe the GPU will this power supply be sufficient ??

No matter which intel chip you choose 2011 or 1155 that will be enough for it and everything else you covered.

Absolutely. You even have plenty of headroom for additional GPUs (SLI).
