This mod was made possible by

So it has been a while, a couple of months, but finally here it is the "final" update.
It actually isn't the final update, because I'm going to do some little tweaks to the mod, some extra panels and make a logo for the case to put on a sheet of acrylic for the front where the ROG logo is now.
So here we go the images taken of the mod:
First of some in process pictures, when the case wasn't even nearly finished.
Let's start building!
The ssd bay and stand for the pump in all its glory
As you can see it shattered when I screwed down the pump to it so made a new one and preventing from happening again put a white sticker sheet on top so it gives more support
The reservoir, not yet finished, the top was just loose on top of the rest.
A really tight fit
Now it's fully glued up and ready to go.
Fits only one case ==> 800D
Time to prepare the 780 for its waterblock.
Testing the leds in the case. Because all the twin leds I bought were already dead, I decided to put the NZXT led strips in the led 3mm holes and it looked great.
To empty the reservoir, I put a hole (actually 2 holes for future loops) in the bottom to connect a tap to it.
Connecting cables, I don't actually like how the PCI 6/8 pin cables are connected now, I will probably go and connect them straight, not woven through each other like now.
Cables are still a little bit visible through the window so I need to route them better. (One of the tweaks, maybe a pannel in front of it.)
The front of the case, fully lit up.
The Phobya fan controller is taken out of its case and glued with clear acrylic homemade stand offs.
Testing the loop in the computer for any leaks.
The top of the case.
Used some leftover acrylic as a stand.
It's invisible
Red and white, don't know how I took this pic.
The reservoir with water and some lights.
Red or white or red and white
Cablemanagement necessary!
Better
Some pics of the case and pc closed and working.
White and bright
The tubing colour is perfect!
Some crazy light effects coming through every little split of the case.
And my new keyboard which totally fits with the case!
So that's it for this update.
What I am going to do next is make some extra pannels of red acrylic and place them in front of the pump so the ODD bays are covered up and the pump as well.
And of course make the logo for the front of the case.
I am also probably going to start with designing my own case for my server but that is something for the summer to build.
The next update depends on the weather this spring.
So hope you like this build and check out my youtube channel for my overview of this mod, which will come end march or so, when I have time
