Project Phantom 630

So sfter the problems I had with the Raven rv-03 , I had to rma it . I really liked the look of the Phantom 630 so decided on that as a replacement . With that I also Bought a new power supply the XFX xxx edition 750w 80% silver , I got it for a bargain of £50 on fleabay , opened once but never used the guy didn't even register it for the 5 year warranty , even the delivery invoice was included dated the end of Jan . Also a Creative soundblaster recon 3d soundcard .

So I spent the day stripping the old case and went about rebuilding the new , I didn't run into any real problems apart from the wrong sata cables being sent , I ordered 3 straight to straight but received straight to 45 degree , no biggie it just meant I had to mount the ssd's on the reverse side with mounting tape . They are fixed solid there not going anywhere .

it was a great case to work on loads of room everywhere especially round the back for cables . Start saving again now for a full loop , and a gpu .

I'm very happy with the outcome nice and neat and tidy I cant decide on what color to add , for the cables . My first thought was silver , but I really like the idea of green . And when I invest in a loop , black fittings , clear hose and green fluid ? Actually I forgot that I have a 240mm monsta rad on order . It was ordered a week or two ago but was out of stock , I'll have to chase that up in the morning .

Thanks guys . Is anyone else having problems with Photobucket ? I resized and edited the pics 3 times , they resized in photobucket , but came out original this end . I guess that's why they were removed .

I'm going to have to change to them. Mine on imageshack don't all act the same although the settings are the same on most. Also some disappeared once.

That air cooler... so massive lol what are your temps like with that thing? srsly tho super tidy rig, great specs too.

Cheers mate . It's a Silver Arrow SB-E . The temps are great , it idles at around 27 , and after a good 45 mins on prime it never exceeded 55 . I'm hoping to improve that with some new tim . I ordered some of that liquid metal pro , but gave up on that idea when it wouldn't spread , and the way it sat on the cpu , I wasn't confident that the weight of the cooler would have been enough . ( bloody awful stuff ) I have just ordered some Noctua NTH1 . So see how it goes from there.
