[Project Log] Project Lan - 1st Watercooled build

I'd honestly get the switch 810 if you haven't ordered the lanboy yet.
Either that, or the Bitfenix Shinobi XL would be epic! :)
Or of course the CM Storm Stryker!
Other than that, I'm eagerly awaiting this project to fully start with pics and such :D

Yeah looking at those scratches I'd say that's probably not a bad idea ;)

I'd guess it is powder painted.

Google has been of little help with regards to official info, but a few people
here and there seem to be of the opinion that it's powder coated. Wouldn't
you want to strip the paint though? That would probably get you a better
end result (yes, I know, it's a lot of work, a sanding machine would be
highly recommendable). Then use some proper metal primer and a good
paint coat.

If it isn't, it should be.

+1 to that. No excuses

I was a little bit concerned at first with how this would turn out, but so far I'm liking what you've done with an otherwise obscure chassis. Keep us posted with more updates! WHat color were you thinking of re-painting it, same or different?

thanks for ya feedback and for the color im liking the blue if its posable to get it right name for it i or i could leave the sides blue and spray paint it black on the top so it would be from front to back black and left to right black to match the fan panel from Koolance

Nice going with that koolance top. I've seen a few builds now making good use of those (among
them SingularityComputer's Prodigy build IIRC).

ya i think its a good thing too, it fits right in to the case with out any problems and worth the money in the long run

dos any one know if they need or some one needs a EK 7970 Block ? cos OC have sent they wroung one :( and i cant send it back due to the fact its past the 14 days warrinity for returning it
