Then in that matter! That bloody guy better be grateful! ;)

I am pretty fussy about who I build for as I am not a business, just doing this for fun. Levi is a pretty cool guy and trusted me enough to have his parts sent to me. So to return the favor (Trust) I am making him a pretty cool case.

Actually its not that much $$ involved. Once you have the tools (thats the expensive part)

I tend to immerse myself into what I do, so instead of a fancy TV, or Gaming console, or even fancy shoes I use my money for materials. I also have a very supportive family.

lucky... my family hates the fact that i spend most of my time on the computer..... and he doesn't like me spending money on computer parts..

There is a reason your family is like that All4Spl, you are younger than me and need to go outside meet new people, get exercise and enjoy life.

I am older and have done those things already.

I always wanted to be a teacher but was busy with other things. This is kind of my way to teach and give inspiration. I keep hoping others will see my comps and add their own ideas and make them even better.

looks like your doing an awsome job of of that case

just wondering were you got the metal from as i am planing to make a case at some time but it will never be as sweet as yours

anyway keep the pictures comeing and keep up that good job

First thanks Tox, than as to where I get the metal.

I used to go to onlinemetals.com but they messed up EVERY order I made (every one, lol)

Now I go to metalsupermarkets.com .They arent as cheap or dont have online pricing but they got back to me quickly with a quote and shipped even faster. And the BEST part, they didnt mess up.

Ok got running water back so its time to get back to work. Today I am finishing the metal work. I am cutting out the I/O slot and hole for the 8800GTX (hope its close to the same size as my X800 card)

I made the I/O plate out of the same material as the front and back are gonna be.

That handle, is awesome. Is there going to be some kind of strengthening rib under the handle so that the top doesn't bend?

Hey Mark just wanted to advise of something. Since your using that acrylic for the IO you might wanna cut a big rectangle for the audio. Unless his plugins are really skinny they wont be flush with the ports, therefor wont plug in all the way. If thats the case, only one part of each connector will have audio. (The first ring)

I use a alum plate to distribute the weight.

Dont worry, there is gonna be plenty of space for the cables to plug in.
