Project BadA$$...**56k**

I didnt want to, but since I play at 1920x1080 I dont really have a choice. It'll probably be the first and last time I pay that much for a single card.

I wish I had the balls to get a 8800GTX:yumyum:

i was reading reviews, and when the 6800ultra came out in 04, it was around $500+

very rediculous pricing, and i was on the bestbuy site the other day, and they had that card for $800.

i feel sorry for those people that dont no much about this kind of stuff, and how bestbuy rips them off

Sometimes we dont know how lucky we have it. Different countries pay a lot more and get less choices.

Also even some companies here (like Frys) sometimes charge much more than the Egg.

Speaking of BB rip offs. On newegg a 1gb mini sd card is 14 dollars. At BB it is 65  The madness

I have been working on mounting the Hdds and DVD. I used perforated metal for the brackets because it allows air to pass. Also I like to mount them with rubber grommets for a couple of reasons-

1- It helps isolate Vibration and noise

2- If you arent perfect in drilling ur holes the rubber bends:D

Also here is a shot showing the rubber trim on the edge of the case

Ok today I have been working on the mobo tray. I want it to be hinged so the PS, DVD and hdds are serviceable.

Also I plan on using the Nylon screws to hold the mobo like in CrossFlow. There has been a couple of close calls with screwdrivers when putting in the mobo screws so I thought I would eliminate that problem.

Here is a pict with the "Bonnet up" for my friends in the UK.

Also the wiring is going to have to be able to be removed so i cut some holes in the mobo tray and put grommets for the wiring to pass through

He is using a Sata DVD so the IDE is not used on this comp.

but how r u gonna slide it through the gromets?

Sometimes I forget that everyone hasent used grommets before. So here you go.

First grommets are so the metal dosent scrape the wire and cause a short. Also it allows you to cut a bigger hole so plugs can fit through, than the grommet fills up the gap.

I like to buy bigger grommets (like for 2" holes instead of the 3/4" hole versions) because you can cut them to fit any size hole. They are rubber and will probably stretch over the plug but to make it easier I cut them

Notice the grove in the side of the grommet, that locks it in the hole.

Than after the wire is through you just push in the grommet
