Processor overclocking help please

I have a AMD Phenom X3 8400 @ 2.1 Ghz and I was wondering if anyone can help me overclock it?

have you tried googling specific guides for that processor? that's the first thing i'd do

maybe there are some vendors/reviewers that have already done the work for you.

Well I looked around and there weren't any guides that really helped me =/
