Problem With Overclocking of Phenom 8750

Hi I got a Phenim X3 8750 With an abit ax78 Motherboard.

but i cant overclock it.actually i dont know a lot about overclock & i need some help.

First i had gone to Bios (Its The Latest Version).Then I went to Cpu Feature and change Cool n Quiet & Virtualization To Disable.

After That i changef the CPU FID (Multipier in my Bios) From 12 to 10 .

Next i Went To SoftMenu (Something Like M.I.T in Gigabyte Motherboards) and changed The Cpu Clock From 200 To 300.

So By Doing These,I Should Have gotten 3000mhz o 3.00ghz Core Speed In CpuZ But I got 2100MHZ Or 2.10GHZ.(It Is Lower Than Original Core Speed Of Phenom 8750 2.4).

What Didnt I do ?

Is It For Hyper Transport ? if yes,Please Tell Me How Should I Deactivate it in My Bios(Phoenix Award Bios)

You've probably not disabled something. That something is forcing your multiplier down to 7. Check through the BIOS again and see if you've disabled all the features remotely related to Cool 'n' Quiet.
