Printing using printer attached to another network

Ok need some advice as im getting a bit confused , Me an the Mrs dont have a printer but I bought my mum a super dooper (at the time) photo printer which is wireless on her network so i was wondering if its possible for me to link my computer to her route/printer so I can print stuff out without having to save it to a stick and use her pc.
If it helps
Her printer is a Epson PX820
Her router is a Dreytek 2710n
My router is currently a sky thing but once I figure out how to suck my info out of it il switch back to my dreytek 2820

Hmm interesting might be a start but will that let me print from publisher or acrobat or is it just for printing from chrome

With Google Cloud Print, Google Chrome would always have to be open on a computer on your mom's network.

You'll need to create a Google account in order to use the service. Once you've created an account, you simply add the printer(s) you would like to use. Again, all of this has to be done on your mom's network.

Then, on a computer on your network, log in to the account you created for your mom and print any file you want. It gives you an option to select a file to print. There are other ways of achieving this via VPN, but that would take much longer to set up.

Maybe this isnt the answer then she doesnt leave hers running infact its of most of the time and she just uses her ipad.

So you'll have to call your mom every time you want to print something?

@yassarikhan786 : I know what your saying but its the sort of hassle I wanted to avoid plus she would have to be in or it all falls apart,
I just want to see something online or have a document and click print then run over to her (she is only 10 minute walk away) and grab it if the process is anymore complicated then that I may aswell just stick to loading it onto a usb booting her pc up and printing it there.

I know it sounds daft and a bit lazy I just wondered if I could make easy as a click of the mouse and reliant on nothing other then the printer being switched on.

Without cloud printing, the only other option I know of is to connect to your mom's home network and access the printer that way. You would need some sort of VPN capability through a router, server or software in order for that to work. Obviously you would need a computer running 24/7, which isn't possible in your situation.

Yeah, that would be your best bet. If it does indeed have VPN capability, you will need the public IP address of your mom's network in order to connect.

just checked the spec and it does indeed have many VPN funtions on it like most draytek it does pretty much everything ive just gotta figure out what bit I want and how to do it.

Show a screen shot if you can. I have VPN set up on my home network but its through a virtual machine (Server 2008).
