Greetings

I'm going to upgrade my system very soon, i've been researching the components to use but I'm having a hard time deciding on a new power supply, could you guys give me a little advice please.

I'm planning on getting a new Asus Maximus II Formula Motherboard, a new intel E8500 processor, a SAPPHIRE 100243L Radeon HD 4870 Video card and a new power supply.

I read that the 4800 video cards can be very power hungry, so i think a good decision on the power supply is needed.

I run my system 24/7, and play games from time to time, since a got a pretty good gamers case (Antec 900 Case) and CPU cooler (Zerotherm nv120) I plan on OVERCLOCKING my processor and video card, i'm looking for a power supply that will run my new system 100% stable. Modular cables would be nice since my case has a clear window but not required, system stability is my 1st priority since my current system crashes from time to time, something i'm hoping to avoid with my new system.

I will be powering a single 4870 video card, 3 SATA Hard drives, a CD/DVD recorder and the case has 3 120mm fans and 1 top 200mm fan.

The power supplies I am currently looking at are:

CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W

PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W

Antec TPQ-850 850W

Could you please give me some advice here, I've always used Antec PSU's but i think there could be better options from other brands like corsair now. I'm also confused about the multiple rails vs single big rail alternatives now. again I want to have a PSU that will allow me to overclock and keep my new system 100% stable as well.

I am aware that the best probably lies in the Corsair 750TX, my question is would that PSU handle my system 100% stable, worry free, even with the overclock?. I live outside the US and i plan to have this PSU/System parts shipped overseas, so i can't return the PSU if it doesn't handle the system well, so I need to get this one right. I can spend more money on the PSU if required also, the antec TPQ-850 looks pretty nice since its semi modular and it's 100W more than the TX750, but i read that it has 4 rails, and some people recommended a big single rail for overclocked systems (like the corsair 750TX has), so i'm puzzled now, I usually go for overkill since I like quality components and I cant return or exchange parts, but i don't want to waste money either. I was initially looking at the Corsair HX 1000W that runs $232 at buy.com but after some reading i think that PSU would be totally overkill for my system.

please let me know what you think.

Thanks in Advance

I haven't got time to go in to why but basically I reckon the PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W if you don't care about it not being modular. It owns!
