Posting question.

Have an inquiry. My new system is under, "FredEx's competition prize" that Tom started and when I got it I posted pictures there. Now things are moving along. I dug up some brackets I had in my saved parts and moved the hard drives, posted some pics in that thread of that. Now I made another change, posted a couple pics of that last night, thought maybe I screwed up (not uncommon forgetting to save or send) and reposted since I did not see the latest pics. Well, they are not there again. Either they did not make it again or were delete. If the latter happened I'd think something would have been said.

Should I now consider that thread of posts dead as far as my adding pictures of updates? Should I start a new thread in "Rig Gallery" posting a list of parts and duplicate some of the pictures of it that have already been posted in the "FredEx's competition prize" thread? Do I go to the "My Current System...OLD" thread of my old system and edit there and add my new system?

If i were you i think i would start a whole new thread in the rig Gallery. I mean it is a complete new system. What Tom did there for you was aweseome and i think it is deserves to be shown in the gallery.

If the rig is completely finished then feel free to post it up in the Rig Gallery.

If it is an ongoing project post it in Project Logs instead.

I guess the Rig Gallery then. It is done, but I've done just a couple minor updates, not a project.

loose interest before getting to the meat of the thread. a new gallery or log would
deffo keep readers on topic and engaged. a log showing progression and a gallery
of the finished (never finished - upgrades) rig.

About images appearing/disappearing - This seems to happend to just about anybody from time to time, seemingly no matter what imagehost is used?

I dont know but I dont think it matters where on oc3d u place your images?

Makes sense, a new thread it will be. Just want to be 100% sure before I do it. I can post the URL to the existing thread if they want to read the whole thing.

I'm using imgur.com now. Just wanted to make sure I was not doing something wrong by adding to the thread. Must have been a fluke. A new post in Rig Gallery will do and then reference the comp thread.

yeah, the original had your first knowledge of it happening till post #45. so then
i'd edit it to point to the new thread and your sig as well..
