I use xpadder for really bad console ports to PC, I only use gamepads for racing games mainly.
And I use a Cyborg (technically saitek) fly 5 joystick for my flight simulators.
I still have a crap load more PC games to install but I am waiting until I get a bigger hard drive.
I also use a wacom bamboo pen graphics tablet as well as other software, some not on my desktop for game modding such as old games such as Freelancer.
I am currently working towards the Crossfire 2.0 mod for Freelancer.
I do have my own game mod projects such as reviving Battlefield 2 with better textures and graphics.

Take screenie > Save screenie > Upload to Imageshack or Photobucket or Whatever > use direct link to image > Place between image tags

What I use most of the time, I like the darker backgrounds because 3 LED monitors are really bright in the morning if I have any other colored backgrounds lol.
