I use Xwindows dock, Rainmeter for the clock and HDD monitor and couple of other little things. The Windows side bar monitor gadgets are by Orbmu2k. You could easily find all these by googling them.

The wallpaper is one I found on Deviant Art Arixev Skyrim 5760x1080

You can use a program such as Ultramon which allows you to use a different wallpaper per monitor, that's what I got.
