hyper is right,its a windowblinds vista theme

vista is pretty and all but the support isnt too good atm so ive not bothered using it(only been on it a few times since dual booting it)

Vistaxp by kol,you might have a hard time finding it though,microsoft had it banished and taken down because it looks so good

Well a bit of searching found it but my icons in the tool bar (in fact all images inc firefox logo on minimized window) looks pixelated and eww
