Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

Let's not escalate a debate that is pretty unnecessary in the first place. Could make a thread to do it, but i don't think its good to have it here.

I splashed some cash... again

How can I not have grabbed one of these before! Most comfortable seat in a long time. I knew noble were nice having tried and seen their previous ones. But this one is just amazing. That real leather smell too i just love it.

And for that perfect rice meal

I've been eyeing up a Noble for ages. Might get one soon :) Always wanted a rice cooker too, but counter top space is at a premium in my kitchen sadly. Would love one though, they get rice perfect every time. My current fave is Thai Jasmine and to get it right you pretty much have to burn the bottom layer then scrape it off and peel the crap from the saucepan. I got just some randoms last night. Seat post for the new bike.

Good lord, nearly £500 for that noble? Dayum. I wish I just had £500 at all lol.

That aside I got Mario Odyssey which I've played over the weekend, great game I won't lie, especially for fans of Mario 64 and Sunshine. But it just felt short, there are a lot of kingdoms but some can take something like 10 minutes to finish, there are extras but that's just a couple of extra kingdoms and a lot of costumes. Definitely an improvement over 3D World

Yes yes I know I didn't state that earlier and you both called me out on it. I figured it was a given, my bad.
To much anything can be bad for you.

Yeah, in fairness, I should not have bothered responding because I know you well enough to know what you meant. It's just, I didn't want you to think I was one of those calorie-counting chaps who obsesses over it without reason, and that for me and my health I do have to be aware of my sugar intake.

Ain't no worry bud:)

I hated Sunshine. It wasn't a Mario game at all tbh, not to me.

64 and Galaxy are. I don't know what it was that Sunshine was missing but I really didn't like it.

Logitech X52 Pro, I did have a 4K 32" monitor ordered but changed it, Realised I would probably sell it quickly due to only being 60Hz, The Rift and my measly 1080P 144Hz Freesync monitor will do me for a while ^_^

I was talking about VR earlier. I know ED is easy to run without VR. I also thought you only played ED for the VR and is why you used a 1080p screen?

I know but I thought you would have put 2+2 together when I mentioned the 4K monitor earlier :p

I play on a 1080P monitor, Thought briefly about getting a 4K screen and after I ordered it changed my mind and order ^_^

Well I figured you were talking about 4k VR running ED, which my original point was that would seemingly be quite hard to do

Ahh ok, But no, I used AMD's VSR to up the res to 4K on the 1080P monitor, Runs really well, 60FPS easy at max settings but I prefer 144FPS/Hz rather than 60FPS/Hz hence the reason I changed my order :)

What VR headset do you recommend for ED or just in general?

Honestly I'd recommend the Rift, It's at a great price point, A lot of great experiences with more being added all the time, Rift Touch is truly next level sh**.

In ED the experience is amazing, Just don't stand up when you fly in anything but a straight line as you'll hurl chunks ^_^

Plus Rift CV2 isn't going to be with us for at least another year.

Yesterday when I turned on the power strip my rig is plugged into, all the fuses in the house blew. I'm not terribly comfortable with my rig being plugged into that, so I bought two new strips today. One with surge-protection, and a cheaper one for my old router and desk RGBs.
