First time at Massdrop. Picked up a Mionix Alioth desk mat to replace my Corsair MM300 extended. Just a little larger than the Corsair so I can have my keyboard, HOTAS, tablet and mouse all on deck at once.

Strange coincedence? I just got my Alioth permit for Elite Dangerous. Time to engineer some Huge Plasma Accelerators

Two more SP120 RGBEE GEES
NZXT Grid+V2 Fan controller.

Glass is hard to photograph. It really lights up the internals a lot better now.

So far playing around with CAM has been great. I've got the RGB running off Corsairs controller and the fan speeds set by CAM using the Grid+

The fans are on a custom curve linked to the GPU temperature so at idle they're pretty silent at 40% or about 750 RPM but go full noise once the GPU's get under load, peaking at 100% speed once the GPU is in the 70s.

Didn't really buy this myself but I got quite a nice surprise when a few of my clients clubbed together and got all my favorite supplements for me then had them delivered via DPD as a thank you for going that little bit extra when training, Doing meal planning etc.... ^_^

Going through a bunch of old hard drives and laptop drives and burning images to DVD. Got many documents going to my ex wife from when she was a court reporter. This drive runs on two USB ports, one data and the other for power.

Corsair make some nice stuff, but their software is the let down, told them to check for updates and they link says it's uptodate and CUE just gets an error yet they are both out of date

I have heard good things about CAM and although I don't have anything using it ATM it seems pretty good, I tried it some months back as well and it would lock games up if you had OSD enabled but I've not tried that for awhile now, but I'm keen to get the X62 and try everything out properly

I had link for a while working on my PSU but one update came along and borked it. Couldn't update. Couldn't roll back. So uninstalled it and never looked back. IF my H100 was an 'i' series then I would have given it more of a go to get working again.

That Kraken is looking the goods. The purple will match nicely on my rig - has to be a 240 tho my girl doesn't have the girth for the 62

Aye, was planning on doing both when it comes to it, mine will be first and it will be as close to Ryzen's launch as possible, and my mrs will come once I have the cash to finish the build which (I hope) won't be too long after mine.

Looking forward to the build! Was planning on Ryzen too.. but forgot Valentine's day (which is also my anniversary, bad planning on my part in hindsight lol) would come before the launch, so all that money went to.. well not me

Tis my wife's birthday next month so I have absolutely no pity for you at all
