Purchased this a few days ago,

But due to some dead pixels returned it and picked up this one instead. Much better choice, glad I got a second chance.

Haha yea, 24" instead of 23.6" and 1ms response time vs 2ms. Honestly best monitor I could've bought for my setup as I will never get enough frames to be worth buying a 144Hz monitor.

I use 24" TN (gasp!) 60hz. Admittedly i use 4 at once but yeah while i love the IPS colours and agree 120hz looks smooth - for my kinds of games the value is so much better with generic 24s. So immersive. Clearly i don't photo edit or anything that requires accuracy. But does me just fine :)

HAHA same here. I couldn't justify spending $250+ on a monitor I would never see the full benefit from. The 24" is the best of my 3, which for the other 2, at the time, I can't even justify replacing them as they work and I only use the for displaying teamspeak and such while I game. I can't push an eyefinity setup sop no need for identical monitors just yet.

Well even if you got a freesync/Gsync monitor rated for 144hz, you could still see the benefit of running at 60hz while still sticking to a 1ms response time:)
I can't remember which monitor it was, but couple months ago there was a really cheap TN freesync monitor that ranged from 40-75 iirc, that sounds like something that would fit down your alley for future use if you have AMD cards:)

Aye, I'll have to look into it. My current monitor is 1ms but I plan to eventually add 2 more to match.

just bought a new windscreen for my bike, should be here in a few days hopefully

Well I got back my old Area 51 ALX. I want to use it as a NAS/web server but I want to do it with apps via Windows, so that means installing 8/10. The problem is the system only has a really, really old Nvidia card (can't remember what it is) but it only has 256mb VRAM. I am sure this will not be enough for Aero/glass whatever it's called so the Quadro has 768mb or something and is similar to a 9600GT. Only cost me £15.

Then a DVI-HDMI adapter.

And two sets of these, DDR2 800mhz 2gb (so 8gb total)

And then of course I proper needed some slippers. Since it got really cold I've been suffering...

I had a pair of these years and years ago but I wound up my bengal cat with them (stuffing them in his face etc, as you do) and he ripped them to shreds lmao.

Got these two from my "coworker"... I'm going to start making some reviews ;)

Both for 215€ including shipping
