Just thank your lucky stars you don't have an Xbone.
I have one. Why is it a problem?

Xbox One is supposed to have even worse frame drops. They're pretty severe, but again; not gamebreaking, on PS4. Especially during intense firefights frame rate might take a plunge.
Afaik, on the Xbox 360 framedrops are not the issue, but instead it's stutter which apparently doesn't happen when you're playing it from an SSD.
I just got a copy, I'm really excited ot give it a go! Been a while since I've been excited over a game.
I'd get one if I had the case space. I'd have to redo the piping though.![]()
I know people are going to call me a idiot for buying this but Meh

-edit- also bought Fallout 4. Suprised that I can max it out at 1440p 70-80fps. The frame drops aren't too bad either. Indoors with the horribly done godrays I still get 40-50fps. Nice to see my Ti isn't completely obsolete![]()
I don't really understand why people are getting so hung up on the connector, would you have to redo the piping is it to long or something.

It looks really ugly and ruins the whole look of the aio. I'd prefer it to have acrylic piping to o and the only way to reliably do it would be to replace it myself.
See this is why Australia. I can't comprehend not noticing that it clearly doesn't fit in with the colour/material/finish of the rest of the product. Disrupts the flow of the tubing, adds a stupid amount of length, doesn't have matching fittings, serves no real function for most users and just allows a few noobs who probably won't be able to install the CPU block or a GPU block to quickly add a second block and a second QDC.
Pretty much one of the 2 decisions that transformed the product from, oh hey look they made super overkill quality elegant AIO and it's the best thing ever so everyone should just buy it, to why does this exist just buy the kit which performs better, looks better and is cheaper. If you want to put it together neatly the kit is far easier to install too.

I'd say replace the piping.I know what you're going to say cancel the damn order and get the Kit![]()

Well do you think i made a mistake bye getting it, I can get EK L360 R2.0 Watercooling Kit for $349.00 but the EK AIO costs $379.00 not much difference, Now you're going to make me regret getting the EK AIO then.

Well if you want all of the tubing to be a nice length and it all to flow together neatly then you have to take the Predator apart. It's not like the tubing is anything like reasonable, it is a lot longer than any AIO and as it comes straight out of the blocks with no rotaries it isn't very forgiving. It's not like trying to install a H100i neatly. In my opinion anyone aiming to go above and beyond a normal AIO should really be looking to do that, it is about aesthetics, not just performance. Watercooling for me is about not compromising either.
So then you start on a level playing field if you go either route, your sitting with a bunch of watercooling parts ready to assemble!
The block included with the predator despite being the same Supremacy MX doesn't have a backplate and standoffs and nice spring loaded screws. So you have to remove the 115X socket cover from your motherboard, fit their backplate in place of the intel one and proceed onwards. Really not the nicest task in the world. If your on 2011 you may think, how can this not be the easiest thing in the world, but then as TTL pointed out, you have to remove 4 tiny circlips, not lose them forever and then reassemble it. It's not impossible on the whole, but it's harder and it feels much harder with huge tubes attached to get an even pressure on the CPU. If it was cheaper, you could forgive it but when it's not.
Tubing and fittings are the same either way, pretty indifferent, both very nice by any standards.
Then the whole radiator/pump/reservoir situation. The predator is better if you have the room for the big end tank and it works out a neat place for everything, particularly in a SFF build that is where it shines IMO. The kit on the other hand requires you to use your brain and your skills to mount the pump, but when you do the vibration dampening is better and from what I can perceive it runs quieter because of that. Plus you get the added benefit of a reservoir which makes the refilling process a bit faster and definitely makes it easier to bleed. Having just a standard EK radiator means it will go literally anywhere your case manufacturer intended and it gives you more freedom to mount fans on the other side etc.
Even if you look at the two solutions objectively from a pure performance stand point the kit is still easier to put together and offers a truly isolated pump. What EK have done with the pump mounting on the predator is very sophisticated, for an AIO it's VERY good, but it doesn't touch the DDC-MX IMO.

Now i kinda want to cancel the order and order the kit having the FD Define S it will make it easier to mount the reservoir, I guess if i would going to stick with and AIO maybe something like a SliverStone or something.
The kit is very good, and by the end of it you won't be scared to fill and bleed a loop, well worth doing for the experience, if it genuinely scares you a lot then you can always do it outside of your case.

If you've not done watercooling before I'd get the kit just so you get the experience. I was terrified of it before I did mine. I mean, I still managed to mess up a few times (I managed to order the wrong fittings twice!) but in the end I definitely felt more confident. I'd say it was like building my first PC again.
