Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

I'm actually stuck between getting this or the Blue snowball, Can't make my mind up ^_^

Samson, Why?

Because I have one and Barnsley and JR have one, and not once have we ever had issues with them, sound is crystal clear.

I've never used Blue products, but they seem to be popular

Get both....try them, send the one back that doesn't meet your expectations

I've been watching and reading reviews about both and both sound really good and pretty similar to be honest, Guess it's going to come down to aesthetics in the end :)

Bro has the snowball - it's crap. Though I suppose any desk mounted mic is going to pick up everything you do.

From what I've heard the Snowball's sound quality in general is superb, From what I've heard any way.

Anything higher like a suspended mic for my purposes would be overkill TBH.

get a cheap mic mount wich you can clamp to the side of your table and screw the snowball on there. works wonders.

Yeah my number switched over from o2 to 3 today :) Been toying with it last few days and it's been lush so far :) really nice to use, nippy, no lag on the screen, screen is pretty nice. I think it's clever how it's *not* really curved, just the top glass is. But I still love it so far.

Call quality as you say has been great, and with 3 you can put calls via wifi (which is really just hangouts as far as I can tell).

Will report back with more findings in due course, I only got the 64GB one as they 128 was out of stock for ages, and tbh i don't need that much space, with the 4gb limit per month I can stream all I need on the fly. :)

Well call quality is limited to network. but based on my workings with 3 internal network, they have HD voice enabled so you really do get nice, clear quality. You made a good switch over there. I stopped all my companies customers using O2 because its crap, basically. 3 has the best coverage overall.

I think EE have best coverage of UK these days, the merge of Orange and T-Mobile just made them huge.

I'm loving my Edge so far, it's the little things, like being able to view and quick-reply to a text without closing the app you have open, (excellent when watching videos, or using things like waze)

Phone calls do the same, they don't take over your entire screen, so i can use my bluetooth setup in the car, while using waze, without closing waze to take a call.

Having got used to the 'sandstone' back of the One Plus One, having a phone with such a sexy smooth back is nice, the curves feel like they're all in the right places as well and the screen is lush. Haptic feedback is something I always turn off as I hate it, but I've found myself leaving it on this time around.

Really loving it so far :)

we dont class them as combined since we have to implement both networks separately. They have their own IMSI ranges etc for example. Basically, they are one company by name only :)

I really am tempted to trade in my iPhone 6 for the edge. I have been using it for some LTE testing recently and I LOVE it. I have yet to find a fault. Even the build quality is much better now. Samsung finally delivered something worthy of being called a top grade design.

Glad you like it SuB. Maybe now we can form a team, to bat off the noobs like Feronix. ;)

Yeah definitely feels better than the note 3 did, just the frame and the glass, all lush. The curve is totally a gimmick, implemented mostly in software but I don't mind that, it feels excellent in the hand.

Sounds like a plan to me ;)

not in my damn house they don't

Well, if you live in a Faraday cage, that's not EE's issue :P

I had to choose between 4G at home with EE, for an extra, 6 or 7 quid a month, or, 3G all the way to work and 4G at work, with three.

Since I have WiFi at home, three was the obvious choice. and they got the phone to me next-day, no messing about. Can't complain so far

Got me some sexy old cards ;)
