After smoking for far to long, i have moved on. :)

New studies out show the vapor stuff has nearly as many carcinogens as regular cigarettes, Best thing you can do instead of moving from 1 drug delivery system to another type of drug delivery system, Is just stop.

I'm sure many people would like to "just stop", but addiction is more than just that. As far as I know e-sigs are healthier than actually smoking real smoke, so they are a decent way to get off smoking.

Yeah, you're talking about the stuff you can buy from places like supermarkets. The more 'organic' stuff is fine.

Think of it like burgers :). MaccyD's has crap in that'll kill you but a burger from an upmarket resterant is much more pure and won't contain many/any chemicals.

That's all BS. Everything you eat has chemicals and hormones added. Only stuff that doesn't are ogranic's.

No need to try and be a smart ass. Its also quite a bit more strict in the EU/UK when it comes to additives/chemicals with meat.
Heck, most beef from the US is banned in the EU due to hormones that are used.

True, but you must admit, Mc Donalds burgers are probably less healthy than burgers from a quality restuarant. Hes trying to say the same about esigs.

Pretty sure it needs to be... if it wasn't why would you go to a resturant and pay more when you can easily go to fast food for cheaper? Plus it's pretty easy to tell a difference in quality. I worked at fast food(not as a cook) but and you can tell the difference. But is still cooked so don't bring up that argument lol

No need to get rude? Quite unneeded. Plus i don't need to try an be a smart ass.. it's not hard to be one lol. Everything from mass farming facilities uses it. EU does it but maybe to less of an extent( i would hope).. I didn't even disagree with you entirely. Unsure why you lashed out. All i said was all(excluding organics) places do it. To think they don't is not very intelligent. Companies can still buy unbanned meat from the US if is cheaper overall for them( could happen). Besides if you buy meat from the market in the US they are all approved by the FDA. Not all of it is bad. Now fast food could be different, i'm not sure on that part except the fact is worse for you(from 1st hand experience working with it).

You sounded pretty rude yourself. Hence why I "lashed out".
Its the internet, tone is a problem. So aplogies for sounding rude, but the way you responded was quite rude in itself.

MSI 970 gaming 4g backplate from ebay :D paid only £28, but looks and feels badass + removes some of the "bending" of the PCB.

Apparently it is only once they are above a certain voltage? The best thing is to stop though!Easier said than done

I know mate, tried cold turkey before but it didn't work :(

Only had it a couple of days and have worked out that i am now smoking less on this than on the ordinary ones. Was on 20 a day, now works out about 10-15.

Hopefully by the end of next week i will be on the lowest strength then 2 weeks after that not at all :)

Certain ones are bad/worse due to the way they are made and how the manufactorer cheaps out on certain ingredients. The stuff that is more 'organic' is fine. As an example, some mass produced stuff has diethylene glycol, which is a pretty big component in Anti Freeze (the more organic stuff usually has Propylene glycol, which is found in Asthma inhalers).

In terms of voltage, I'd imagine it could be due to this
There is no serious concern about the contaminants such as volatile organic compounds (formaldehyde,
acrolein, etc.) in the liquid or produced by heating. While these contaminants are present, they have been
detected at problematic levels only in a few studies that apparently were based on unrealistic levels of heating.

Its a very interesting subject. There are some studies that are both in the for/against camp that are utter BS but if you do look around you'll find the truth.

Nice backplate. A friend just got these for his and his Mrs GPUs from a guy on a FB page (coldzero) I think they paid just under £100 (shipped) and they chose how they would look.

Thanks, as far as I know coldzero is the retailer that the guy got it from, I think its based somewhere in EU, they make all sorts of custom backplates and such, its just a simple acrylic but I must commend them for making a great job of it, every part is seperate yet they all attach together very snug, not to mention they don't use any heatsink screws, just the mosfet/ram heatsink so warranty is still untouched. Will definitely get 2nd one when I get 2nd card for SLI.

I still haven't bought one, everyone in the office is smoking them now and a lot of them have managed to bring the levels down and almost quit.

My father has done it a few times, he used to be an off and on smoker. He would try to quit but managed to do it. He would stop buying them and get the e-cig's instead. Within a month or two he would fully quit altogether. They contain far less nicotine, which is why a lot of people use them to help stop getting the urge and to quit. Should try it, hopefully it works for you.

Despite what any study says or really any "good drugs" claim, it's all bad for you. Best thing to do is to say sober in every sense. Your body wasn't build to be a drug intake machine.
