Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

When ever you change coolant be prepared to do a lot of flushing to get all of the red out hence why I went with clear ^_^

I will decide immediately if I like it, if I do I will stay with it forever. If I don't it will instantly get dumped for clear. It should make leak testing a little easier too.

I've finally purchased some coolant after months of deciding I went with EK Ekoolant blood red.

I always knew I didn't want a pastel or anything purely for show but couldn't decide between clear and blood red. Of the blood red's Ekoolant seems to look a little duller and deeper than XSPC EC6 so that's what I ended up going with.

I'm still unsure if I should of got clear. I am of the opinion that clear would look better in the pipes and the res but red will look amazeballs in the nickel/plexi blocks. I guess if I don't like it i'll drain it and get some clear before things get stained, after a few months there will be no going backwards.

I have used that coolant before and it does look good, but it died the tubing pink and was a pita to clean from the rad's and blocks when I decided to change to clear coolant.

Personally I will be going for either clear or coloured tubing in the future instead of coloured fluid.

At some point i am going to get a wheelstand, i am not too sure how the clamps will get along with my desk, i don't want to ruin it. I thought about getting some fanatec stuff, but i'd easily get to 500 euros there, not worth it for a casual racer like me.

If your worried about the oak getting damaged on your desk, use a old mousemat wrapped around the desk edge before clamping down. ;)

It won't if you remove the nylon coat and use just the neoprene base. I used to do it with my old Sidewinder Force Feedback Joystick.

I am rather proud of this one, it's the first time I have selected ALL of the features / colors for myself. I have blue and red interior and yellow brake calipers. I got a 2 tone body paint in cal blue and black top, went with the wheels in the picture and performance exhaust. You can design your own here, and it's quite fun. Took me 4 days of playing with it all before I committed and made the purchase. Truth is I rarely ever drive myself anymore and it may or may not get used, but I still am proud of it. :)

Nice but flat black, with silk black trim, with black interior, green stitching, and green callipers, would be my choice, who am I kidding there's no chance. It is fun mate, soo many options, but not mine, I suppose I'd better go into the showroom in person, and flash the cash, for my choices.

Can I ask what you do to afford that Ferrari BigBlue1? Its certainly not cheap and my boss runs a million pound business to afford toys like that. I wouldn't be hanging out on OC3D if I had that much money personally.

That's not nice dude, are we not worthy of wealthy company..

I don't mean to be disrespectful but come on, if you've got over 100,000 for a car would you really be sat here? She must be very successful...

That makes absolutely no sense. Why would you disregard this forum just because you have money. Especially when you can access it anywhere with your phone.

Don't think you quite understand.

I'm probably a millionaire, with a Ferrari outside, but hey I'll play on my PC. Not many young people out there with that money either, so if you're 50 like my boss say, then you'll have no interest in PC's because it wasn't really a thing back then.

Sorry dude I wasn't having a go, I was jesting and forgot to add a smiley at the end. :):) Here's 2 to make up for it.

Why would you let go of something you enjoy just because you have a ferrari in the garage. I sure as hell wouldn't leave the forum just because i had money. We also have quite a few 50+ people on here.
