Well I'm only just starting out using proper audio stuff but I really like the sound of them. They are completely flat, but you can adjust the bass and treble to your liking.

The only thing that's I'm not completely 100% sure on is that I have to set the treble back a bit when playing songs with lots of high tones to make it sound completely right to me. Other than that, I'm really happy!

Have a feeling that I'm being held back by my on-board sound now though, so my next purchase is probably going to be a FiiO E07k or E10 :)

Daft question but are they actually any good for gaming purposes?

Don't suppose you have the BF4 beta do you?

Well, I have't really tried gaming on them yet except for a bit of GTA IV and I did notice that I could suddenly hear cars rattle (you know the really rusted ones? I love driving those :p) which I hadn't heard on my old speakers before.

I'm coming from a 2.1 Set of Wavemaster MX-3s btw. If you really want an awful lot of bass, you're going to need a sub (no pun intended) as these don't come with one, they're monitors after all.

I don't have the BF4 beta but you can turn op the bass if you want mad explosions and guns sounds. Just don't forget to turn it back after gaming :)

Tbh I don't want too much, and I have a sub for that if i really need it. BF4 is alot more crisp at the high end, very snappy and sharp. There's rumble don't get me wrong (a lot in the map/spawn screen infact) but I think you'd be surprised at just how awesome BF4 sounds, even in comparison to BF3

I started playing Bioshock, 2 weeks ago...my card is old,so it was straining,i thought a little oc would do..so i tried it. Then i used a program to monitor temps...i was getting 128-130 Celcius, after 5 mins...i thought it was ok..I continued playing, until i finished it,a week almost ago, and then i got some problems,it would not send signal to monitor,as normal i thought it was burned down, took apart my pc,and tried to boot again...this time the pc was on the desk with open case,so the flow was great, and i started getting 90 degreed, thought it was air flow prob,so bought the fan, attached on the heat sink of the card and putted the pc next to desk and not in it,so now i have great flow and an active cooling system on my gpu! :P
I will post image of desk as well...i just yesterday realised that my pc should be somewhere where it would get maximum air flow! Now i am getting 65-70 degrees while playing Bioshock 2 and i am happy! To be honest i freak out now with the temp, then it was like ''oh its ok,it is an old card,it will die anytime soon,i should exploit every bit of the 350 euros i spent back then'' :P
