2nd Time round for getting this card, 1st was RMA'd due to the sound of the fan at 45% + fan speed.

This one is better but you can still here it....more than likely its because of the fan design (see 3rd pic, and the 5 vents)

Yea its not the best looking cooler, but hey it performs.....

From what I gather the cooler is possibly the best on the 7950, the MSI Twin Frozr III was going to be my 2nd choice but the bug that it had about the fan speed ramping up was enough to make me think. besides this IceQ was a steal at 185.99 with 7 games

when you get this any chance you could do a quick review, this goes on sale quite alot can pick it up for ~£400 i want the Dell, which is £100extra dont mind paying that but if i can get something thats just as good for little bit less, bonus
