I like my desktop simple. I have just 3 icons on mine and one is the recycle bin.

That Vaio would work great for my mum and those BIG icons would be good for her.

why can't manufacturers just leave the god damn box like it is. the stupid animated figures look outdated as f*ck and a normal cover like the one EVGA uses would be way more aesthetic. same for Mainboards, we need more features crammed onto the box!

Meh, I couldn't give a crap about the box. It can be flaming pink or shit brown for all I care.

As long as the hardware inside it performs as advertised, I'm happy.

It's a huge step up from my old 560 GTX. It's nice to be able to max out eye candy in games again.

My Plantronics GameCom 380 headset, which is much better than I expected, plus its a major step in the right direction from a set of bog standard earphones.

Also, my Sharkoon 1337 Gaming mouse mat... the mat has a 14 x 10 inch surface which is more than enough room for maneuverability during play, and it's easy on the wrist with a minimal height of only 1.4 mm

Total cost to me - £8.50
