Went to the hospital early this morning, Scans all clear, A dozen different measurements all good, Doc literally put both hands on my face and she said -

"You need to learn to relax, this is all stress related"

So now I am woossaaring

Happy side note, 5090 came in, Camera is old so doesn't show colours properly but it is white and red in real life -

Great news. Chilling is very important tbh. I stopped mentally beating myself to death in my early 30s and just gave up giving a f**k tbh. I started to realise my body could no longer cope with anxiety and stress like that.
