MSI fanboy? :p

No just a fan of certain MSI products not everything that they do is good or even recommendable but the stuff that they do well I'll use and recommend. This is the first case that they've made that I'd even consider using and so far I'm pretty happy with it, it's very well made and weighs like 15kg empty, but time will tell.

New front panel for the case to repair and some clips also to replace and some decals for the side panel which are starwars stormtrooper and a baby groot.

Still not figured out a better way to hold the main front panel with anything other than zipties, but the new airflow part comes with a dust filter which i currently dont have. So overall the case has been saved and the slight damage that is left is now minor, still cost me £40 for all the bits and the items i ordered earlier another £18 but it's the case i've wanted for ages so for me worth it.

At some point i need a sata card for adding drives that is windows 11 or just a way to add more drives as i'll need a 10 port card it's a minefield and i dont need it right now so for now the 22.25tb's i have will work and the only thing i'm not able to use once switched is the dvd drive, but i'll run all the cables ready for when i am able to add drives.

Been an expensive Christmas and much upset in other ways, so i'm really not at my best right now.

You're cable free. It's still a hard drive :p

But yeah, jokes aside three out of my four are SATA free now. With the Lian Li it was actually easy because it has a purpose designed sled in it.

I'm still rocking my original SN850 2TB, does the new one have a turbo mode in the WD software still ?

The only difference is it's slightly faster which you'll never notice outside of benchmarks. As for turbo mode it has a "Game Mode" but in reality I haven't noticed any difference.

Snagged this from a feller on Facebook marketplace who lives locally, Only 5 months old comes with everything it originally came with, He's got a little one on the way so he's sold off all his PC stuff, Got it for 150 quid :D

I went cheap with the DFGT a few years back it supports most games Dirt 5 is the main one i've not been able to play and without wheel no intrest, but plenty of other games and newer work fine it's still a good wheel and only cost me £70 in pandemic times.

So waiting on that to get into GTAV again Forza5 F1 2022 whole bunch of others.

The intresting one is Richard Burns Rally 2005 game been modded tons by a hungarian group of folks they have added 100's or tracks and cars loads of extra voiceovers and all the bells and whistles you could to an old game, would you believe it a fully functional VR mode lol

so some tinkering over the week when the stand turns up happy days :)

what can i say i don't have 5 grand spare to get a Cpit and wind machines and parts that cost as much as 2nd hand cars XD

link to RBR modded version create login download with AV off and then login, alot of people are playing it like more than i expected, the damage model is brutal dirt 2.0 might look nice but this game is way harder lol :D
