As am I. I'm still running the AP15's I bought 7 years ago, dreading when they eventually fail.
The mayhems shop is the only place in the UK I've found that sells them, but I've no idea whether they actually have them or just list them.

Had no problems myself with the EK Vardars, running them in all my systems but I have been hearing and seeing stuff dotted around the net that they are not the best performing considering what they are based off.
Honestly I am waiting till I have the time and money to be able to, but I want to replace them on my Deepcool 360mm AIO with, either Corsair ML or some variant or Noctua NF-F12's and see how they all compare.
I have heard though that the 5 pack of Artic fans that can be bought pretty cheaply are supposed to be really good, and iirc they cost about the same as 1 EK Vardar or 2 EK Vardars.
Would love to see a fan round up from someone who is able to properly test the fans to see how they perform.
EK Vardars perform best in pull setup. Confirmed by EK themselves. Perhaps that is why people dislike them.
They also dont like being put on a splitty hub with any aquaaero controller. If you wire up 8 fans with messy cables they are silent. but hubbing them creates frequency whine.

In general, any fan performs better in pull.
In push, there is a dead spot where fan motor is so the actual surface of the rad that is active is a bit smaller and the air is forced mostly in areas over fan blades.
In pull, negative pressure is created between fan blades and rad that will suck air pretty equally over the whole surface.

@Damien C,Warchild and Avet - MartinsLiquidLab done some testing back in 2012 (it's still as relevant now as it was then) on radiator fan configurations.

Personally, I call BS on EK's claims that Vardars are designed specifically to be used in pull config however, GT's are still the superior fan years later - again, that's my own hands on personal opinion and I'm not looking to cause a riot.

I have 6 of them on my Deepcool 360mm in push/pull and whilst I can hear them when not gaming as they are running at 1800rpm on a fan controller, I cannot hear them when gaming so the noise doesn't really bother me.
I just get the feeling they are not performing as good as they are claimed to perform, but that could also be because the room that my pc is in is typically at an ambient temp of between 25c to 31c when I have all pc's on.
Just looked now and at 7:43am it's 21c with only 1 pc and 1 laptop on, this room get's hot very quickly and stays like that for hours on end, so I always run the fans at 100% to cope with the ambient temp.

@Damien C, not so dissimilar a setup from mine, I have push config Vardars on a roof mounted Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R RGB (I don't have the RGB running) - I had to RMA one of the Vardars out of the box as it had an associated clicking noise when it ramped up in speed, I also find (despite they're supposed airflow rating) they just seem to be mediocre in performance across the board.
@Warchild, Agreed, his reference material is legendary, I rediscovered it a few months back

Ive been literally hunting for his content for months. His posts verifying the PSI drops from using particular fittings is very useful when helping newcomers to the world of cooling.So many are concerned about fittings failing to realise the blocks are the biggest hindrance.

I wasn't happy with temperatures and acoustic levels with my 1080Ti FTW3, reaching over 80c playing CoD on 1440p 144hz so I decided to sell it and got this as a replacement. Not even 6 months old and relatively cheap for a Hybrid.
Now temperatures are never above 60c and is hell of a lot quieter and a few extra fps more
Just waiting on a cable from china that allows me to control the pump voltage because its pinned at 12v (100%) constantly and the pump noise is so bloody annoying. EVGA, use quieter pumps next time or let us control pump voltage!!!!!!! :angry::angry:

Tell us how does it feel. Would you pay for the full price for it?
I found an office company selling these. And for me, no I would never pay full price for it. £400 is actually a good one. They basically want £1800 here for that chair.
And while it felt great, I wouldn't pay more than £600 for it. It doesnt fit my needs anyway. I like to sit with a guitar and those arms would get in the way. Not sure if they were removable.

My new chair, tho not a herman miller, is still miles ahead of any of those tacky things and i've had backpain because of the proper support on the new chair and having to get used to the proper seating position, but damn does it feel better now that im a bit more used to it.
