Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

Thankfully, Sowter dispatched the output transformers yesterday which arrived today. I ordered these back at the start of February. I was very worried that these would not be turning up this side of summer due to the human malware issue.

Test fitted to my wooden amp test build.

There were loads of scam GPUs on Amazon last week. They've all been removed thankfully.

Which model did you get?

Careful. Alot of 2080s flashed to look like a Ti are on ebay. Or worse still 2070.

It's reference model.

Will thoroughly inspect when it arrives.

Even with a flash GPU will still report correct stuff won't it? Cores etc.

Looks legit:-

We'll see.

Yeah thats the problem. They all look the same. but either way, hopefully you got a fantastic deal because they do exist after all.

I'm hoping it's legit, seller has been decent through messages and I'll be able to check based on GPUz and game performance. Worst case if it is a fake I paid on my CC so I'll charge back and ask him to arrange collection if seller wants it back.

Although mobo audio on the higher end isn't that bad nowadays , i just had to do it

lol. Just did some poking around and the Nu was £220. I got that for £149. The good thing is it doesn't need two PCIE slots for both cards to function. And it has a desk breakout, which will be very useful.

Stoked :D

Mine will be vertical with one stacked behind so I don't need the back plate. I'll probably swap out the OPAMPS of they're harsh like the ones on my Titanium HD. However I had a Z and loved it, so it'll probably be good enough as is.

Lemme know how that sounds, i been on the lookout for a new sound card since modern AMD motherboards don't play nice with the Asus STX II when it switches outputs or turns on the mic/line input.

Zxr isn't massively different to the Z and I used one of those and loved it. Zxr is just better quality caps and a ton of IO.

I'm glad you said that as I was intending on using a STX.

If you have the first STX then you can try if it works, all i know is Asus did a deep investigation onto the STX II and found that none of the AMD chipsets can handle it.

I know exactly what the problem will be. It's the relays. Mine didn't work on a H81 board either. It clicked out at post.

Same issues with my D2X tbh.
