Post A Picture of Your Last Purchase

Just ordered this 3600 / 64gb kit from Scan in the UK : https://www.scan.co.uk/products/64g...800-3600-non-ecc-unbuffered-cas-18-22-22-42-1

Anybody know what IC's they will most likely have ?

Probably SK Hynix, Corsair tend to save their Samsung stack for their Dominator series.

Thanks, another strange thing is that product page title says 3200mhz but Product overview and Technical specifications show 3600mhz and also manufacturer code is CMW64GX4M2D3600C18 which is also 3600mhz (I found the site actually searching for this kit in google with the manufacturer code).

What are do you reckon my chances are of getting the 3600 kit ?
Has anybody here bought from Scan before ?

Well it says 3600MHz in the model number section and memory speed section so you should be fine, I've been buying from Scan for around 10 years and they tend to be pretty good.

Phillips Fidelio X2HR, These used to be upwards of £200, Managed to get one for £99 brand new, Plugged them into the AE-9 and definitely brought a smile to my face, A lot of people in the audio community call them "fun" to listen to, Can definitely see why.

Headphones specs -

Acoustic system - Open
Diaphragm - LMC
Frequency response - 5Hz - 40,000Hz
Impedance 30 Ohm
Magnet type - Neodymium
Maximum power input - 500 mW
Sensitivity - 100 dB @ 1mW
Speaker diameter - 50 mm
Distortion - <0.1% THD

I've been watching these for months now. I thought £280 was cheap, but now they are even cheaper. £239. That's almost insulting tbh. Of course I go to grab one from Amazon and the sods have sold out so I had to go Ebuyer.

Something to do next year.

New RAM arrived, ended up cancelling the kit I ordered from scan and getting Amazon same day delivery.

No matter what I do though its impossible to get 1900mhz on my 3950x infinity fabric, 1867 is where I am maxed out no matter what volts I shove in to the SOC :( ..

Looks the dogs bollocks though :)

Have you tried to tighten up the timings. Those are quite loose. You can squeeze a bit of extra performance. You can use DRAM Calculator for guidelines. https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ryzen-dram-calculator/

Problem is that Ryzen Calculator is not updated yet for my memory:

Recently seen on Corsair 3600MHz kits with 32GB DIMMs. No overclocking results at this time.

I got for xmas my first ever high end board with a used CH7 hero wifi x470 and a ryzen 5 3600.

Seems to be the gamer's choice now, that CPU.

I wanted a 2700, but I couldn't find a single x470 or 570 board with enough USB to run all my stuff.

I guess for that rig at least I am stuck on HEDT.
