Another reason why I'm interested in Anthem is that the original Mass Effect team are behind it and have been working on it since ME3 released under the supervision of Casey Hudson.

Welcome to the Metro, Stalk- I mean, Ranger!
I've spent so much on this game, Spartan edition for the statue, Aurora Edition for the Steelbook on PS4. Digital Deluxe on PC for the Game and DLC.

At £34.99 it was a risk. At double that or more (it's £70 on Amazon pre order for the basic version) it's a gamble and I'm not taking gambles any more.
Having said that the gameplay I have seen so far looks like Metro, so hey it's gotta smell like Metro too
If it gives me half of the magic and wonder feels from Last Light I will be dead chuffed. Every one was ranting on about god of war recently and how the companion thing was so amazing, totally forgetting Last Light had that years ago.

I can't see why it won't be worth it, alongside Fire Emblem Three Houses and Ace Combat, it is the one game I've been most hyped for in recent years.At £34.99 it was a risk. Very nice. I envy you. I'm looking into getting a hotas setup for the game before I start but not very many good ones out there that are PS4 compatible

I'm split on a HOTAS for PS4 since I can't think of any other game besides this that would make use of it. That plus I've played Ace Combat since the PS1 so using a controller just feels more fitting for me.
Honestly though, it still annoys me that it supports PSVR but doesn't support Vive or Rift on PC, having that would be incredible. That being said, I will most likely get it on PC later on to use the HOTAS I've got for that.

Nice new monitor as mine died
Dell S2719DGF 2560 x 1440 @ 144 Hzalso has freesync and can run G-sync
I do love the Dell monitors, always v clean and understated.
Given that the next time I upgrade I will want it to be a HDR, High refresh rate G-Sync monitor, I hope they release something that looks like this. V happy with my ASUS PG279Q at the mo though

After the Anthem demo today I cancelled my pre-order as it's really not that good, Put the money towards an external 4TB Western Digital HDD, I'll probably end up getting a few more for my high bit rate music collection, Movies and series and putting a shelf up above my rig as they look quite nice like thick books ^_^

because it i know what the retail price is going to be, meaning its above our company threshold for the max limit on a phone excluding tax.

Glad I'm not the only one who feels underwhelmed.
The verticality of the game is awesome and it's fun being able to fly around but there is just something missing

Nice phone man. I stopped paying that much for phones a long time ago. Arguably, though, now is the time to buy one given technology is screeching to a halt in phones.
I never really needed to update my Oppo Find 7 and tbh? even if I still had it it would be more than good enough.
