I just bought a Sonos, already found away in all the junk on my desk
It's a really nice piece of kit, and the sound quality and bass is unmatched for it's size! If you are looking for some wireless home theater stuff or just a good set of speakers, I defintely recommend them! Come with a handy IOS and Android app too

actually I havent updated my sig in a bit lol currently running a Crosshair V Formula Z and 9370. I helped a bloke out and traded some parts with him for what i thought might be a tad better (its newer should be better right) setup that was with the CHVFZ and FX6100 which was horrid. Got the 9370 and it was alot better but I could feel the difference, I should of never traded as my 2600K still did everything I wanted. But if I hadnt I might not of even looked at this combo I got on another forum. I know I spent alot of money on it but I see it this way. I rocked that 2600K setup for almost 4 years. This x79 will probably hold me just as long. With my 2600K setup I went thru 2 mobos started with the UD4 and finally scored the UD7 2 years ago. This stuff I bought was BNIB so I felt it was a good deal I paid 1000$ for both pieces shipped.

you traded a 2600k for an fx6100? oh dear.

lol it was a multi part trade I traded my 2600K UD7 and my old beat up scratched up switch 810 for his CHVFZ FX6100 and 2 Asus DCUII 6870's. I admit I didnt research out the 6100 that much if I had I probably would not of done it. As piledriver sucks. The Bulldozer proc is great no issues. But as I said I could feel it wasnt the same lol hard to explain but I knew it. So I had planned on going Haswell had a MSi Z87 GD65 and 4770K in my cart waiting on refund to hit. Then this deal popped up and I was like dayum this is sweet thought on it and for what i do with my rig it'll keep me for years to come easily.

LOL. :lol: Its actually very good. I' am curious if all have you who dislike Beats have listened to them though or if you just don't like the brand. The Pill is very clear and isn't base heavy, for its size its awesome. It won't get used that much, it's mainly for Summer.

Edit: I'm not starting no heated argument again lol. But seeing as you live so close Tripp...I'm going to force you to listen to the Pill and the Mixr's!

I had beats pro until a few weeks ago. Meh. I love the bass heaviness its just I had cheaper seinheisers that sounded better and some £40 JVC headphones that had even more bass. Its just the price is so ridiculous for what they are. I could get much better for the same price is really true, especially with the pros.

Never tried the pro's but I don't think I'll be buying anymore after the Mixr's, £220 was expensive enough and I barely use them anymore. I love the bass but after GTA V I like Glamorous and that song is WAY to base heavy, it's supposed to be a little beat in the background but this is like BANG BANG BOOM BOOM! it's the only song I've noticed it's ruined.

imo Beats is very much like Apple. not the worst thing you can buy but seriously overpriced for what you get. unfortunately most people thing that some "pretty" design justifies that

I suppose that point makes sense, I do like the design, it's very Apple starting with the packaging, I love the packaging Beats and Apple do. I had listened to a Bose SoundLink and honestly it wasn't any better really and costs more, Bose are awesome for home theatres and stuff, maybe it's just that these are low powered speakers there isn't much difference from one to the next?

Edit: I say low powered, not that they are quiet or anything, they get really loud and remain clear.

i had a pair of beats solo's for a while, there now my sisters an i now have some Sennheiser momentums, the beats just sounded muddy to me

I found Beats simply awful! And as for the Pill they should have called it the suppository as it's where most teens will find them after annoying people on public transport.
